Through this option , it is possible to create, configure and save your own profile with customized settings. A stored profile has the *.xcp extension and is saved to the default profiles folder.
There are several types of profiles that can be selected such as a CSV, DSV or simple profile. Each profile type has its own set of parameters and rules in order to remain compliant with the standard.
By default, if no valid profile exists, an in-memory profile (CSV type) is created and used.
If a profile (*.xcp) exists that is not yet loaded in the list of previously used profiles, it can be imported through this option . If it is valid, the profile manager will open the profile and show the profile settings.
This dropdown lists all previously used profiles by their name. It’s easy to switch between previously used profiles by selecting the desired profile.
Hovering over the profile name reveals the actual path where it is stored.
Click on to open the profile manager and edit the settings of the currently selected profile.
Once the source, destination and profile has been selected, this button will initiate the conversion.

In case a folder is selected, the option Include subfolders is shown. After each successful conversion, the source folder- or file path that was processed is stored in history. The history of selected locations can be viewed from the … -> Recent. It’s possible to clear the Recent list through … -> Clear history.
